What data we collect

First and last name, phone number, city and Nova Poshta branch that you provide when placing an order.
Order contents and total, payment method and payment status.
Technical data about site visits (cookies, device type, pages) if analytics is enabled.

Why we use it

To confirm and fulfil your order, contact you and ship the parcel.
To accept payment and, if needed, issue a refund.
To meet legal requirements, including tax accounting.
To improve the site using anonymised statistics.

Who we share data with

Only with those we cannot fulfil an order without: Nova Poshta for delivery and payment services (monobank, LiqPay) for payment. Payment services process card data themselves; we neither receive nor store it. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies to make the cart work and, if enabled, for visit statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may then not work properly.

Retention periods and your rights
