Returning goods of proper quality

Under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” you may exchange or return a non-food item of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, unless the item is on the list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned.

The item must keep its marketable appearance and consumer properties: unused, with undamaged packaging and tags, and with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons we may refuse to take back hair products that have been worn, washed, dyed or shortened.

Goods of improper quality

If you received a defective item or not the one you ordered, tell us as soon as possible: send the order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the law.

How to return an item

• Contact us via contacts and give the order number and the reason.
• We will tell you where to send the item.
• We refund the money by the same method used to pay for the order, after receiving and inspecting the item.

The customer pays for return shipping, except when the item turned out to be of improper quality.
