Public offer

This document is a public offer to conclude a distance sales contract through the website lookhair.com.ua. Placing an order on the website means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Goods and price

• Descriptions, photos and prices of goods are given on the website. The colour in a photo may differ slightly from the real one depending on your screen.
• Prices are in hryvnias. The seller may change prices, but the price of an already confirmed order does not change.
• The delivery fee is not included in the price of the goods and is paid at the carrier’s rates.

3. Placing and confirming an order

The buyer chooses the goods and provides contact details, a Nova Poshta branch and a payment method. The contract is concluded when the order is placed on the website. A manager may contact the buyer to clarify details.

4. Payment

Payment is made on receipt of the goods or by card online through the payment services listed at checkout. See the page “Delivery and payment” for details.

5. Delivery

Goods are delivered by Nova Poshta to the branch or parcel locker chosen by the buyer. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods.

6. Exchange and returns

The buyer’s rights to exchange and return goods are governed by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and described on the page “Exchange and returns”.

7. Liability and disputes

The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement can be reached, in court.

The processing of the buyer’s personal data is described in the privacy policy.
